Mr. Amr Shams is currently the Deputy Managing Director of ACE Life Egypt. Mr. Shams joined ACE Life Egypt in February 2006 with the objective of developing Agency distribution.

Mr. Shams brings in 12 years of experience in Life insurance business and a total of 22 years experience in Sales and Marketing Management in Egypt Prior to joining ACE Life, he held the title of Senior Agency Executive in a multinational insurance company in Egypt.

His assignments included:

4     Direct the agency field force and monitor their progress, motivate, develop and coach them to achieve their target and objective.

4      Create new sales distribution outlets.

4      Indentify marketing opportunities and recommend suitable products or packages.

4      Conserve existing business and improve persistency.

4      Participate in planning for annual budget and business plan.

He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Ain Shams University- Cairo- Egypt 1987
