As part of a Multinational Insurance group, ACE Life UAE has a commitment to our Customers, and to providing you with service which supports your choice of entrusting your Life Insurance needs to us.

As such, it was important to inform you of certain changes which took place in our business recently. A decision has been made that, for the foreseeable future, ACE Life will not write new business in UAE only, due to the prevailing market situation. 

However it is important to emphasize that this decision will have absolutely no impact on your Policy or its value. We are maintaining our offices and our presence in Dubai and Sharjah, and will continue to offer you the service that you have come to expect.

Our business in Egypt is not affected in any way by this decision and we will continue to write New Business across Egypt
